Privacy

This site is a review copy of the TruServices Inc. dealer onboarding portal. It is used by TruServices staff to try the portal before launch, and holds made-up demo dealers only.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address and name. We use the email address only to match you to a staff login someone at TruServices created for you; if there's no match you are signed straight back out and nothing is kept. When you sign in with an emailed code, we use your email address to send the code.

For each login we keep the email address, name, role and the time of the last sign-in, plus a log of actions taken in the portal.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share this information, use it for advertising, or ask Google for anything beyond your name and email address.

Where it's kept

On Supabase (database and sign-in) and Cloudflare (hosting and sign-in emails), in the United States.
